Points will only accrue on revenue shipments (no points will be allocated for any non revenue shipments such as credits, special complimentary promotion, etc.). If a shipment charge is subsequently credited, or service type changed, the points will adjust accordingly. Rewards are only valid for active account holders who ship at least 1 package per month. Rewards will automatically be void if not redeemed within 9 consecutive months and/or if the account holders balance exceeds 60 days past due.
